DELIVERY and Return Policy
All products you order from https://www.yaffyhomedesign.com/ are first checked and packaged separately by the warehouse personnel and then by the packaging personnel. All products leave our central warehouse in Istanbul. Products are delivered to the cargo officer from the warehouse personnel with signed delivery receipts.
We have some precautions and suggestions to process your orders more easily and deliver your products to you safely as soon as possible. These suggestions and measures can be listed as follows;
1- When placing an order; Our products are packaged in special packages and are packaged healthily. These packages are prepared in accordance with international transportation standards. Orders placed in parcels will be delivered to the cargo safely with their own special packages. However, since the products may be damaged in some cases, some precautions and measures must be taken.
2- After order (at the time of delivery)
Orders are received from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm via our e-commerce site. Once your order is received, it will be delivered to you via the cargo company and delivery method. Deliveries nationwide will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after the product leaves our warehouse. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on the first business day of the following week.
I was not there during the cargo delivery, what should I do? If the cargo cannot find the relevant person in your address delivery orders, it leaves a note. If there is an error in your address, the cargo calls us and informs us of the situation, and we inform you of the situation and ensure that you receive the delivery.
· First check whether your cargo has been delivered to you intact and complete.
· If there is any abnormal condition on the outside of your cargo such as damage, crushing, or wetness, please do not accept the delivery. The cargo will be returned to us.
· After receiving your cargo, you can open and check it with the cargo officer. If during the check it is revealed that some of the products in your order are missing or damaged, request the cargo officer to prepare a report.
· The reports prepared at the time of the first delivery, witnessed by the cargo officer, are very important in revealing the person responsible for the deficiency or damage. Any deficiency/damage notifications you make hours after receiving the cargo will be rejected upon examination, as there is no report or it was not prepared at the time of delivery. In this case, our company cannot be held responsible.
If you encounter a problem, please notify us before the cargo officer leaves your premises.
· In order to return the product for any reason, the product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and packaging materials complete and free of physical damage. Each product is carefully packaged to reach you in the most special way. For this reason, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened.
· In case of product returns, our invoice must be sent with the product. If you do not like our products, you can always exchange and return them within 14 business days.
